Avocado Tuna Salad

  • 1 can tuna in spring water

    1 small/medium avocado

    1 carrot chopped

    1 celery stalked, chopped

    30ml lemon juice (1 and 1/2 tbsp)

    2g dried dill (about 1/2 tsp)

    2g smoked paprika (about 1/2 tsp)

    A few almonds (optional)
  • In a medium bowl, mash together the tuna and avocado.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Serve as a sandwich or on a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
