BBQ Chicken Melt with Salad

  • 115g skinless chicken breast

    1 slice reduced fat cheese

    15g BBQ sauce (about 1 tbsp)

    Handful of salad leaves of your choice
  • Cook the chicken in the oven for 30-40 mins or until cooked.

    Place 1 slice of reduced fat cheese on top of the chicken and put back in the oven until melted.

    Heat up the BBQ sauce in the microwave for about 15-30 seconds or until hot enough.

    When the cheese has melted remove from oven and pour over the warm bbq sauce.

    Serve with a side salad of your choice.
