Healthy Burgers

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

    Cooked chicken/tuna/salmon

    2 eggs

    3-4 cloves chopped garlic

    Spring onion

    75g LSA (linseed/sunflower seed/almonds) mix/ flaxseeds

    Olive oil
  • Boil or dry roast the sweet potato until it is just cooked, then grate into a bowl when cooled.

    Mix in all the other ingredients.

    Pour into lightly oiled muffin tin and place in oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 mins or until cooked.
