Chilli Lemon Chicken with Steamed Greens

  • 150g chicken breast, halved lengthways

    30g Broccolini

    Pak choy or bok choy

    1-3 Shallots

    1 small sweet potato


    5g crushed chilli

    Juice of half a lemon

    5g crushed garlic

    2g crushed ginger

    2g tamari/soy sauce

    Drizzle of sesame oil

    Sprinkle of sesame seeds
  • Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl and marinate the chicken for approx 20 mins (the longer the better).

    Heat up a non-stick frying pan and lightly spray with cooking spray or use a little coconut oil and cook both sides evenly.

    Steam veggies in a steamer until cooked to your liking and serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds alongside the chicken.
