Clean Chicken Wraps with Garlic

  • 2 rye/wholegrain wraps

    1/4 chicken breast

    5g lettuce leaves

    2 cherry tomatoes

    1/4 medium avocado

    2-3 basil leaves

    10g low fat cottage cheese

    2g garlic

    Cracked pepper
  • Lay the wraps on a plate (lay 2 together as they are quite thin and tend to fall apart).

    Combine the cottage cheese and the garlic and stir.

    Cook chicken in a pan, slice and set aside.

    Assemble the wrap by laying the lettuce down then basil leaves, chicken, avocado, tomato and then dollop of the cottage cheese on top.
