Clean Tuna Pizza
- 2 gluten free/rye/ wholegrain wraps
30g tomato paste (about 2 tbsp)
95g tinned tuna in spring water, drained
20 pinenut kernels
15g hummus (1 tbsp)
15g low fat cottage cheese (1 tbsp)
A small segment of brown or red onion
4 mint leaves, torn (optional)
15g yoghurt (2 tbsp)
Sprinkle of chilli sauce (to taste)
- Lay 1 wrap on a pizza tray and put a small dollop of tomato paste in each corner.
Lay the other wrap on top of this and secure it to the bottom one.
Spread remainder of tomato paste on.
Drain the liquid from the tin of tuna and spread out over the pizza.
Place dollops of hummus around and do the same with the cottage cheese, onion and pine-nuts.
Sprinkle some Tabasco sauce on top.
Place in the oven for approx 15 mins or until cooked to your liking.
Top with dollops of greek yoghurt and torn mint leaves and serve.
