- 500g turkey mince
4 large courgettes (or large bag of courgetti)
15g olive oil/coconut oil
Low fat stir through bolognese sauce
Sprinkle of parmesan to serve (optional)
- Heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil in a large saucepan and add the turkey mince.
Fry until almost browned, add the sauce and put on a low heat.
Spiralize the courgettes with a vegetable spiralizer if required, then add to a separate pan and fry for a few minutes until slightly softened.
Serve on a plate and add the turkey on top with a sprinkle of parmesan if desired.
