Crunchy Tuna Wraps

  • 1 gluten free/wholegrain wrap

    1/2 6oz can tuna 70g greek yogurt

    1/2 a celery stick, chopped

    5g of baby spinich leaves

    1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • Open your can of tuna and transfer 1/2 of a 6oz (195g) can into a bowl, then mix with the yoghurt until thick and creamy.

    Add all your veg to the wrap then add the tuna yoghurt mix.

    Wrap up and serve.
