Iceberg Wraps

  • 100g cooked vermicelli noodles/rice noodles

    80g cooked chicken

    2 large iceberg lettuce leaves

    1/4 medium cucumber, sliced

    1/4 medium red peppers, sliced

    5g watercress (about 1 tbsp)

    5g mint (about 1 tbsp)

    5g coriander (about 3 tsp)

    30g lime juice (2 tbsp)

    15g soy sauce (about 1 tbsp)
  • Layer all the ingredients inside your lettuce leaf.

    Roll up like you would with a normal bread wrap.
