Power Seed Bread
- 140g sunflower seeds
150g flax seeds
100g quinoa flakes
30g chia seeds
60g flour (quinoa or gluten-free if you can find it)
45g melted coconut oil
- In a bowl combine all dry ingredients.
Melt the oil and add in along with eggs and water, mix really well.
Line a bread tin with baking paper and pour in the mixture, flatten out the top and leave on the side for 2 hours or over night.
Preheat oven to 175 C/ 350 F and bake for 30 mins.
Remove from pan and then bake for a further 20 mins.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
PREP TIME - 10 mins (+ overnight)
COOK TIME - 50 mins
