Protein Mousse Pudding

  • 200g low fat yoghurt 10-15g vanilla protein powder

    2g vanilla

    5g cinnamon

    1 pomegranate, seeds only
  • Mix the yoghurt, vanilla, cinnamon and protein powder together until smooth.

    Top with pomegranates.
