Rainbow Fruit Skewers
- 1 kiwi fruit (peeled and chopped)
1/2 mango (peeled and chopped)
(You don’t have to stick to this fruit, you can use any fruit you want)
- Wash the strawberries, grapes and blueberries in cold water and pat dry.
Cut the tops off the strawberries and discard.
Put all the fruit into separate bowls.
Arrange bowls by fruit colour in the order you wish to put them on skewers.
Thread fruit onto long skewers.
Serve and enjoy!
