Salmon with Lemon Dill and Broccoli

  • 100g wild salmon steak

    3 pieces fresh lemon, thinly sliced

    3 pieces of broccoli

    2 sticks fresh dill

    Sea salt, to taste
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    Place the salmon onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Lay the dill, followed by the lemon on top of the salmon and place into the oven for 10-15 mins.

    Steam or boil the broccoli until tender.

    Season the salmon and broccoli with salt and pepper.
