Seabass with Salad
- 1 or 2 seabass fillets
5g of salad
Steamed veg (optional)
5g of coconut or olive oil
Herbs or spices for seasoning (optional)
- Chop up your salad onto your plate, and steam your veg (optional).
Meanwhile place a pan over a medium-high heat and add a tsp of coconut or olive oil.
Once hot, check the sea bass has been pin-boned and add to the pan, skin-side down.
Press down on the fillets evenly using a spatula so that the entire surface of the skin comes into contact with the pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is golden and crisp, then turn over and continue to cook for 1 minute further.
If the fillet of sea bass is still not cooked through, remove the pan from the heat and leave the fillet in the pan to finish cooking in the residual heat.
Season with your choice of herbs or spices and serve immediately.
