Tuna Rice Cakes

  • 4 rice cakes

    1/2 small avocado

    1 medium tomato, sliced

    100g canned tuna

    Sea salt, to taste

    Pepper, to taste
  • Spread the avocado evenly onto the rice cakes.

    Place the tomato slices and tuna on top of the avocado.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Serve and enjoy!.
